This website is operated by GobezLabs, a software studio registered in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. “We”, “us”, and “GobezLabs” refer to that company throughout these terms.
03 Use of the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. In particular, you agree not to:
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the site or its infrastructure.
- Probe, scan, or test the site’s security other than through responsible disclosure to us.
- Submit false, misleading, or malicious content through our forms.
- Scrape or harvest content or personal data from the site at scale.
- Impersonate another person or organization when contacting us.
04 Intellectual property
The content, design, branding, and code of this site are the property of GobezLabs unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission. Product names and case studies shown here describe work we’ve built; trademarks of clients and third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
05 Submissions
Anything you submit through our forms — inquiries, talent requests, applications, and any files you attach — is handled per our Privacy Policy. You’re responsible for the accuracy of what you provide, and you confirm you have the right to share any material you upload (for example, a brief or a résumé). Sending us an idea or a brief doesn’t create a confidentiality obligation or an engagement by itself — that comes with a signed agreement.
06 Client engagements
This site describes our services for information only. It isn’t a binding offer, a quote, or a service-level commitment. Actual engagements — development work, talent placements, and data services — are governed exclusively by the written agreement signed for that engagement, and in any conflict between such an agreement and this page, the agreement wins.
07 Third-party services
The site links to external websites (including products we’ve built for clients) and embeds a third-party scheduling service for booking calls. We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is governed by their own terms.
08 Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work hard to keep it accurate, secure, and online, but we can’t guarantee it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or current.
09 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GobezLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Addis Ababa — without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections you may have where you live.
11 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; changes take effect when published here, with the “last updated” date revised. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in effect. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
