The challenge
Investors overseeing multiple branches and merchants were stuck juggling spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, and scattered files — with no single, trustworthy view of stock and performance.
What we did
We built a centralized, privacy-first dashboard where investors create branches, assign merchants, and link stock per location — backed by real-time reporting and role-based access, delivered as a clean SvelteKit web app.
