The challenge
Sending parcels to Ethiopia meant choosing between slow, unreliable postal services and handing goods to a stranger found on WhatsApp — with no verification, no tracking, and no recourse when something went wrong.
What we did
We built a trust-first marketplace that matches senders with ID-verified travelers on their route — with escrow held until delivery, photo-logged handoffs, signed custody, one-time delivery codes at every step, and a live price estimate by route, weight and speed.
